I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the member of your staff who attended my positive alarm activation at Vorna Valley on Tuesday morning 09:20. By now I'm sure you are aware of the incident.

I do not know the name of the reaction officer, but I commend him for his brave service and for having the guts to discharge his firearm at these thugs in spite of the fact that he was outnumbered three to one and without any available back-up (a point that I hope management realises is extremely dangerous - had these bastards retaliated you might have been a good man down, and it was also probably the reason these three criminals managed to escape).
Really, in this day and age I cannot see how you can only have one man in a vehicle, but OK..Never the less, this is the kind of service I require, and I was not getting it from Chubb. Thank you very much indeed, I am extremely happy.

This officer displayed exceptional dedication to duty and in my opinion exceptional bravery as well. 
I trust this officer will be rewarded accordingly and commended for his quick and brave action, and I trust you will extend my sincere, personal appreciation to him.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to your guys in the control room.

Last night one of my staff members was attacked outside the veterinary hospital.  I called the control room and they sent out a patrol vehicle immediately.

He then requested the control room to contact the ambulance.  I had already called the ambulance, however it seems they got lost and were driving around Summit road.  The control room them took the initiative and send out the patrol vehicle to find the ambulance and arranged for the ambulance to follow them to the clinic.

It is very difficult to find people who take the initiative and go beyond the normal call of duty, and for this, we at Blue Hills Vet commend and thank all the staff on the reaction side for all their hard work and effort.

Many thanks for all the help with last nights incident.  It is really appreciated.

Richard is doing well at Tembisa hospital, despite loss of blood and a wound to the head.

Just a brief email of appreciation to TRS and in particular to Nico who responded to the fence alarm at our house in the early hours of 18th June.

I was travelling overnight back from overseas and landed in the morning to find my wife very calmly explaining intruders in the yard and the professional and caring approach taken by Nico which ultimately ended up in him firing shots. She also explained the speed of response and numerous subsequent activities undertaken by TRS and SAPS during the night in pursuit of the crooks and how impressed she was all this activities.

What was also amazing was when Alan came onto day shift he pro-actively came around to ensure that we were all OK and showed genuine concern, a very touching gesture.

To Nico and Alan a big thanks and to TRS in general, including yourself, a huge round of applause from us!”

We would like to commend your Control Centre staff and the guards who were on duty yesterday afternoon, Sunday 27 June 2010.  There was a veld fire heading our way from the neighbours and we were in Cape Town so had to call the Control room for assistance.  They were extremely helpful and the fire truck arrived within minutes as did you patrol officers.  Needless to say the fire started up again at around 6pm from a different direction so the whole process was repeated.   Our staff were very happy to see them and also send their thanks.

Please would you be so kind as to let me have the names of those concerned as we would like to give them something as a token  of our appreciation for excellent service.

Please be so kind as to pass on the the  ‘Powers that be’ and we hope that they will recognise them for their efforts.”

He is the most polite guard I have had the pleasure in dealing with & the only guard at the complex that actually comes out the guard house when I walk past & greet & chat.

I would just like to thank one of your guards in the Lonehill area, Doctor, for coming to my rescue this morning. I somehow managed to lock myself in the small hallway between my front door and my security gate, and had left my keys inside my house! I had no one i could call inside the house so I called TRC and Doctor literally came to my rescue! As embarrassing as the call out was, I am so grateful to Doctor for saving “a damsel in distress” and would like to convey my thanks to him and to TRC.”
