Management & Supervision

To ensure Tactical Guarding (Pty) Ltd security officers perform their duties to our client’s expectations, we have area managers and quality inspectors who will visit your security officers, guarding supervisors, and dedicated quality inspectors and perform regular inspections on a 24hr cycle. By implementing this, standards are kept high and incidents should be non-existent! Full reports and dockets are opened and investigated by the relevant area managers should an incident occur. This procedure is based on the SAPS docket system, to ensure accuracy and accountability by all parties.

Guard Management System

We at Tactical Guarding (Pty) Ltd always want to ensure that our prospective clients get value for their investment, BY BEING PROACTIVE. This means Tactical Guarding (Pty) Ltd aims to deter and prevent crime, rather than merely react to criminal incidents.

The guard management system we supply is recognized and proven in the market. The security officer patrolling will send information in real time, to our control centre about the status of his patrols, resulting in accurate and factual evidence should it be required.

The system is linked to our control centre via a radio transmitter; we can therefore dispatch a Reaction Officer or Supervisor to the Guard Site to investigate any deficiencies that may have arisen within the duration of a patrol.

Temporary Security Officers

We offer temporary guarding to our valued clients. Should you go on holiday or a business trip, we provide invaluable safety to your family and assets. We can provide additional guarding, if notified 12 hours ahead of guards starting time. The rates will be discussed. All payments are up front before posting of the Security Officers.

As crime has increased, so Tactical Guarding (Pty) Ltd has raised the standard on fighting crime in order to keep our clients and country as safe as possible. The latest adjustment has been the introduction of our very own, highly trained, S.W.A.T Team. Using the latest crime fighting strategies from the USA we are capable of responding to a host of complex situations encountered when dealing with crime.

Joint Operations

Our goal is to ensure communities are safe and kept that way, this is why we interact daily in joint operations with the SAPS / JMPD, in order to fight one common goal - CRIME. On a weekly basis we attend SAPS and CPF (Community Police Forum) meetings in different areas in order to obtain information on crime and trends in all areas. This is made available to our clients by keeping you informed about incidents by sms (optional), thereby allowing our clients to be alert and aware of surrounding activities.

Pro Active Division

This revolutionary idea stems from the notion to replace reaction services, with pro active services. In other words deter the crime before it takes place. This is implemented through utilising and combing 4 individual elements, namely:

Core Talk Interaction

Core Talk can generate bulk emails to an entire community alerting them of any suspicious activities, and, the residents in turn, can report all criminal or suspicious activities to the control centre via Core Talk.

Outsourcing 

Engagement / Re-Engagement

Tactical Guarding (Pty) Ltd’s entitlement to claim placement fees from the Client will in all cases be in anytime, within a period of 12 months from introduction, be it verbal, by email, by CV or by interview, the Candidate:

• Is permanently engaged by the Client.
• Is permanently engaged by any other person, department, and division, associate or subsidiary of the company associated with the Client.
• Client to whom the Client may have referred the Candidate.
