The Company has a master Code and Lock System.
Due to legal requirements our Reaction Officers are NOT ALLOWED to jump perimeter walls whilst gaining entry to properties.

    Reasons for Officers not allow to climb over walls

    • Dangerous to the Reaction Officer who is now precariously positioned and is a potential target by criminals when on top of the wall.
    • Possible complaints of damage of dirty marks to:
    • Walls
    • Gardens
    • Equipment & Uniform
    • Physical Health and Safety requirements to prevent physical injury to staff.
    • Legal Firearm Requirements to prevent accidental discharge of firearms.
    • Perimeter security is constantly changing today you may be able to climb the wall however tomorrow a electric fence or razor wire may have been installed.
