Tactical Guarding Pty (Ltd) has its own accredited SASETA Training Academy. All guards are put through rigorous training at the TRS BOOT CAMP. Every three months security officers are expected to undergo refresher training in order to retain fitness and be brought up to date with the latest crime prevention strategies. All reaction officers complete an advanced driving course and participate in continuous firearm training on a quarterly basis.

One of the most important factors in ensuring your guards complete their duties, Tactical Reaction Services cc has Area Managers, Shift Managers and Quality Inspectors who will visit your guards as well as Guarding Supervisors and dedicated reaction officers by ensuring 2 day shift & 3 night shift visits. Standards are kept high and incidents should be non-existent! Full reports and dockets are also opened and investigated by the relevant area manager should an incident occur. This is based on the SAPS dockets. We boast a fleet of over 80 vehicles and over 880 highly trained Security Officers.
